In our daily life we go through different situations which affect the servers of our mind. Due to this our mood changes a lot. Mood swings are subject to your thoughts. Here are some things you can think and do to have some effect on you.
• Watch any comedy or motivating stuff online. It can be a highly moving segment that can be the best investment in front of your laptop.
• Watch a sunset with your best buddy or alone. Nothing more is required. Sit and enjoy the whole ambience of the nature and appreciate it.
• Sit calmly and give time to your inner self to relax. Place or time is not a concern here. Let your inner voice speak out and then experience the thoughts popping out of your mind. Clear your mind and heart as it will full fill you with positive energy to act as an energiser for the day.
• Imagination is a key to get any success. Just visualize or imagine any process or issue and experience the outcome of it. It is something like simulation of the real process. Imagination and visualization is not a key ingredient in every human as some are gifted with it and some are not. But everyone can use it to create some good concepts in life for success and motivation.
• Pull out your oldest family and friends photo albums and go through all of them. You will feel delighted, sad, low and high or anything but that will stimulate your psychology towards a level of parallel dimensions. You will move to your older times and whole movie will play in the back of your mind. You will surely enjoy it in the end.
• Spend time with a kid. Well I don’t like kids but realized it’s not that bad to be with them for some time. Kids are attention seeker and some quality time with them makes their day as well as yours.
• Fond of dancing? Yes? Go and move your body on your favourite dance number. It will bring joy to your mind. Shake and twist your body and you will be rocking.
• My favourite – Sit around any natural water body and listen the music of flowing water. It heals you from every bad impact of the environment.
• Try to help anyone a day and pray for others. A little help from you can be of great importance to someone and this will put smile on their face.
• Eat your favourite dish of the day as this will make you feel top of the world. It surely pulls a person out of his/her daily worries. Eat like as you are paid for it. (Try it at your own risk)
